RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
For us to process your return or refund request, please provide a video of you receiving and unboxing the item. This helps us verify the condition of the product and quickly resolve any issues.
Requests submitted without this video will not be accepted.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email AYAN-NA ENTERPRISE INC. at inquiry.ayanna@gmail.com to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number. After receiving an RA number, place the item securely in its
original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will
