All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends
or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.
We will contact you via email or telephone if there will be a significant delay.
We offer free standard shipping on all NCR area orders over P8,000.00.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
For us to process your return or refund request, please provide a video of you receiving and unboxing the item. This helps us verify the condition of the product and quickly resolve any issues.
Requests submitted without this video will not be accepted.
RETURNS PROCESS
To return an item, please email AYAN-NA ENTERPRISE INC. at inquiry.ayanna@gmail.com to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number. After receiving an RA number, place the item securely in its
original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Personalized or custom-made items, digital products, final sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
